Titles change. The work compounds.
Twelve years of taking things from zero to running: institutions onto digital rails, festivals onto national stages, ideas into systems people use every day. The numbers live in mission control below.
Finance, procurement, HR and payroll running in production on a system built in-house. Not a pilot. Not a demo. The institution's actual money.
Every one of these was built and executed end to end: concept, production, media, technical direction and digital presence. The same hands that write the code run the show floor.
I'm Daniyal Umer. Since 2014 I have been the architect of the digital life of the Arts Council of Pakistan, Karachi: the first social presence, the first online ticketing, the first ERP, the biometric member system, and now one unified dashboard for the whole institution.
That loop built 26 departments and eventually made me Executive Director. The work made the title, not the other way around. Wherever there is a gap worth filling, the loop works.
