A 70-year-old nonprofit moved its entire money flow out of spreadsheets into an in-house system. Multi-step approvals, payroll bridges, a real audit trail. Running in production today.

Decades of paper records became one centralized, biometric-backed identity system with secure file storage. Every member, one source of truth.

PCP certification, FBR approval, and a full tax credit pathway that turns sponsorship into smart finance for donors.

From one legacy server to the cloud
Member files, photos and biometrics moved to hardened private storage with zero downtime in production. Nobody noticed, which was the point.

I'm Daniyal Umer. Since 2014 I have been the architect of the digital life of the Arts Council of Pakistan, Karachi: the first social presence, the first online ticketing, the first ERP, the biometric member system, and now one unified dashboard for the whole institution.

That loop built 26 departments and eventually made me Executive Director. The work made the title, not the other way around. Wherever there is a gap worth filling, the loop works.
